What you pay for, and what you never pay

A private, white-label deployment for your company alone. The starting price above comes from the quote app; your own number is worked out there from your volumes.

Indicative, subject to order form.

Setup, once

Your brand, your channels and your configuration set up once, with your first contract batch loaded. Then it is yours to run.

Monthly licence

Sized by contract volume and quoting activity: the contract scans, searches and proposals your team runs.

Top-ups, itemised

When you need more usage than your plan includes, a top-up is a separate, visible line on the invoice.

No per-booking fee

No transaction fee, no revenue share. What you book through your inventory is your business.

Integrations are scoped separately, starting with a paid discovery week. AutoQuote is scoped with you and billed separately, and the B2B partner portal is coming soon. Indicative, subject to order form.

AI credits, counted per contract scan

The AI in your plan is bought as credits and counted per contract scan, so the unit you budget for is the unit your team works in: contracts.

Bought with your plan

The Growth plan includes 120 contract scans and 36,000 AI interactions a term.

Counted per contract scan

Each contract you upload draws on your credits, whatever format it arrives in.

Topped up when you need more

A top-up adds credits as a separate, itemised line on your invoice.

What happens when you build a quote

Four steps in the quote app, then a conversation with a person who already has your numbers. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for at any point.

  1. Step 1: You

Who you are and your company. Work email, so the quote reaches the right person.

  2. Step 2: Your usage

Your contract volume, plus the AI usage and top-ups you expect. The numbers you already know off the top of your head.

  3. Step 3: Your quote, instantly

Setup, monthly licence and top-ups appear on screen and move as you change the numbers. Indicative, subject to order form, and yours to send to your ops head.

  4. Step 4: A few questions

A little more about your operations: current systems, contract formats and your timeline. Then send it.

Honest questions about FareDesk pricing

What counts as a contract scan?

Contract scans are one of the measures your plan is sized by, alongside searches and proposals. The exact definition, for example how a contract sent as several files is counted, is confirmed in your quote and order form.

How is the AI paid for?

With AI credits, bought with your plan and counted per contract scan. Each contract you upload draws on your credits; when you need more, a top-up adds credits as an itemised line on your invoice. Your plan's starting credits are shown on the price card above and in your quote.

What happens when a contract is re-sent?

Whether a re-sent or updated contract counts as a new scan is confirmed in your quote and order form; we would rather not guess at it here. In the product, every change made during review is recorded at field level, so you can trace who changed what, and when.

What does the one-time setup cover?

Your brand, your channels and providers, roles, your first contract batch, and training. Migrations and integrations are scoped separately. The exact scope is listed on your order form.

What is a top-up?

An add-on line on the monthly invoice when you need more usage than your plan includes, itemised so you can see what it bought. What a top-up unit buys is confirmed in your quote and order form.

Are integrations included in the licence?

Integrations are scoped separately. Connecting your CRM, back office, supplier systems or inventory sources is separate work on a separate bill, and it starts with a paid discovery week that returns a feasibility answer, a build cost and a timeline. The build is quoted at the end of it and you decide then. Your monthly licence is unaffected either way. See how the discovery week works.

Is AutoQuote in every plan?

No. AutoQuote is scoped with you and billed separately from the licence. The B2B partner portal is coming soon.

Is there a per-booking fee or revenue share?

No. Your booking volume is your business. The licence is by contract volume and quoting activity.

What is the contract term?

A monthly licence with a minimum term set on the order form.

Are the numbers in the quote binding?

No. They are indicative and subject to the order form. Custom work always starts with a paid discovery week, priced separately.
