One platform under every module

The white-label travel platform under every module. Everything your modules share lives here: security and governance, notifications, analytics, currency and pricing rules, white-label, and the webhooks and reference data that connect it to your other systems. This is the page your IT team reads before anyone signs.

  • Roles you buildfrom a detailed permission list
  • Before and afteron every important action
  • Your brandon every outbound email and PDF

Security and governance you can audit

Roles you build from a detailed permission list, with per-user overrides. Two-factor authentication with authenticator apps and backup codes, or an email code. Single sign-on through your identity provider, with group-to-role mapping. Every important action logged with who, when, and before and after.

Roles you define

Build your own roles from a detailed permission list, not a fixed admin, agent and viewer setup. Give or take away specific permissions for any user on top of their role, for special cases.

Two-factor and single sign-on

Authenticator app codes plus backup codes, or an email code, so a stolen password alone is not enough. Single sign-on uses your own identity provider over OpenID Connect and maps groups to roles automatically.

Agency-wide usage limits

Set limits on contract uploads, proposals, searches and AI usage across the whole agency, so usage stays inside what you planned for.

A real audit trail

Every important action is logged with who did it, when, and what changed, before and after.

Owner accounts and supervised support

The main admin account can never be locked out, downgraded or deleted by mistake. When support needs to see a problem, they view the account exactly as that user sees it, read-only and fully logged.

Built for GDPR-aligned operations.

The audit log: what changed, who changed it, and from what to what.

Notifications on every channel

Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram and in-app, per event. A booking, a proposal or a contract waiting for review goes out over the channels you configured for that event, with your templates and a full delivery log.

  • 1
    Templates you write

Your own subject and message for each event and channel, with a picker for every data field.

  • 2
    Permission-aware routing

The record owner and anyone with oversight are notified automatically. No recipient lists to maintain.

  • 3
    A dynamic event catalogue

Add, describe or disable notification triggers from Settings, without a code change.

  • 4
    A full delivery log

Every attempt is recorded with its real outcome, sent, failed or skipped, and why.

Illustrative log. One event, four channels, each with its real outcome and the reason.

See the work, the portfolio and your AI credits

Each agent sees their own pipeline, contracts needing review, recent proposals and pending bookings as soon as they log in. Managers see sales performance, offer usage, contract health and review turnaround, sliceable by agent, hotel or destination.

  • 1
    An interactive portfolio map

Every hotel you can currently sell on one map: a quick view of your contracted footprint.

  • 2
AI credits, counted per contract scan

You buy AI credits with your plan and top up when you need more. Each contract scan draws on them. How AI credits work

  • 3
    Full extraction diagnostics

Every retry, fallback and classification decision the AI made, so nothing about an extraction is a black box.

  • 4
    Sales, contract and inventory analytics

Team performance, contract health and portfolio coverage, each on its own dashboard tab.

The diagnostics start at the contract: see how extraction diagnostics record each scan.

Currency and pricing rules that hold still

Use several real FX providers or set rates by hand, refreshed automatically on your schedule. Markup and commission are set per agent, per hotel or agency-wide, with an approval workflow for exceptions.

Once a proposal is sent its numbers are locked, so a later FX change cannot silently change what the customer sees. The same rule applies to quotes AutoQuote sends from partner emails.

Illustrative rules. Exceptions wait for approval; sent proposals keep their numbers.
Commission and markup pricing rules by scope, platform, hotel, room type and country, with markup, floor and status. (opens the full-size screenshot in a new tab)
Markup rules from broad to specific; the most specific rule wins.

Your brand on every touchpoint. Your providers underneath.

Your logo, agency name and contact details appear automatically on outbound emails and PDFs: proposals, confirmations and notifications. The B2B partner portal, coming soon, will give your trade partners a login that carries your brand too.

Underneath, the email goes out through your own SMTP, SendGrid or Postmark account, and messages from your own WhatsApp and SMS senders.

Email preview, and the partner portal sign-in that is coming soon. Your partners see your brand, not ours.
Brand identity settings: agency name, tagline, website, logos, brand colours and contact details used on everything customers see. (opens the full-size screenshot in a new tab)
Your brand once, on every email, PDF and customer page.

Extensible by design: webhooks, providers, reference data

Real events, contract approved, booking confirmed, inventory synced, are pushed to your other systems as they happen. A shared reference-data layer keeps amenities, meal plans, property types, chains, countries and destinations consistent across every contract.

Illustrative log. Each event and the response your system gave.

Bring your own providers

Your own email, SMTP, SendGrid or Postmark, and your own WhatsApp and SMS senders, so every message leaves from a sender you already own.

Built for real volume

Rate limiting, connection pooling and streaming file uploads keep the platform fast as your catalogue and your team grow.

Webhooks: outbound HTTP notifications for events such as booking confirmed, customer created, inventory synced and contract approved, each with its endpoint and delivery log. (opens the full-size screenshot in a new tab)
Webhooks push real events to your other systems, with deliveries you can inspect.
Master data: standard lists of property types, countries, destinations, hotel chains, amenities and meal plan types. (opens the full-size screenshot in a new tab)
One vocabulary for every contract: property types, amenities, meal plans and more.
